Front end web developer:

The successful candidate will possess a passion for working with Web 2.0 technologies and dynamic applications using server side scripting; and will work creative and functional briefs into cutting edge user-experiences.

* 1. Have at least 2 years commercial experience in front-end web development
* 2. Can easily hand code HTMl, CSS
* 3. Competent in JavaScript (easily modify without Google's help!) - specificaly Jquery
* 4. An excellent understanding of accessibility, and experience in creating user interfaces that work flawlessly with all the major browsers
* 5. Excellent knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator
* 6. Awareness of W3C standards and specifications
* 7. Experience of implementing Web 2.0 techniques
