Specialised job costing and project management software company require a Jack/Jill of all trades, the ideal candidate will provide technical support (a solid knowledge of programming languages is essential, you will be a customer services expert and have the technical savvy to understand databases well enough to design customised reports for the company's clients.

The position entails the following key performance areas;

Client interaction and management.
Report creation, maintenance and testing.
Client application support on custom software.
Custom software upgrades and maintenance.
On-site user training on custom software.
Colleague tutoring.


An IT Qualification and HG Maths (for grade 12) essential for this fantastic opportunity. A minimum of 2 years within a similar environment is essential.
