| Group HR Officer Private Company providing outsourced services for the City of Durban seeks Group HR Officer for the implementation of existing HR policies and procedures. Candidates must have appropriate degree or diploma and have a strong personality and be able to get things done in an organized way and meet targets. HR strategy development, alignment and implementation. Recruitment, selection and termination of company resources. Development of an induction programme. Review, amend and implement HR policies and procedures. Develop and manage HR administration processes. Manage all employee contracts. Review and update the performance management system. Develop performance contracts for all employees based on strategic objectives. Develop performance related remuneration scales. Management of quarterly performance reviews. Conduct annual salary reviews and market related research. Manage disciplinary procedures. Manage leave system. Align and implement group HR legislative requirements. The suitable candidate will have the ability to supervise every aspect of employee relations on behalf of the group, and will be able to be strong enough to win difficult opinion leaders over. R40k per month. | |
