| Contract Trainer Private Company providing outsourced services for City of Durban seeks a trainer for a 6 month contract. Will be expected to train and adapt existing courses. Technical Trainer will be responsible for: The development of training materials and delivery of training on a new application, this includes learning and mastering the use of the new system in order to ensure the ability to develop and facilitate training courses. Analysing system and business process flows for training development. Compiling specific training syllabus for the intended trainee group. Developing training materials according to predefined frameworks. Developing facilitator guides per course based on the defined standards. Building training exercises relevant to the business processes. Conducting training for the relevant user groups. Establishing competency tests for relevant training modules. Evaluating applied knowledge of learners. Reporting training feedback to business managers. Key Competencies Required: Minimum of 4 - 5 years of experience in technical training, product support and / or consulting environment. Excellent writing, editing , communications, presentation and interpersonal skills. Competent facilitator with focus on group interaction and engagement. Proficient user of Windows applications. Ability to learn new software systems. Skill in gathering and analyzing information. Demonstrated ability of interpreting business processes. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to work in a busy, changing environment. Attention to detail. R30k per month. | |
