Field Sales Manager Leading Company in the milk, chocolate and dairy industry require the services of a Field Sales Manager to service their existing client base and to assist in the launch of new brands. Key requirements incl: Tertiary qualification, degree or diploma in Business, Marketing or related field. 5 Years sales/marketing exp (incl filed based exposure). Sound understanding of FMCG industry. Sound selling and negotiating skills. Highly developed presentation skills. High level of attention to detail. Strong leadership and communication skills. Strong self discipline and motivation. Creative and strategic thinker. Planning & organisational skills. Computer literate in MS office. Must be transferable. 25 - 30K per month depending on skills, qualifications and experience.
